Voted Best of Milwaukee • Fear Free Certified • Fully Insured & Bonded

More than just a dog walk

A meeting runs long. A proposal needs one more revision. A patient needs a little more of your time. Traffic turns your 20-minute commute into an hour. Or maybe you finally say "yes" to that weekend getaway you've been putting off. Whatever your day brings, it's easier to focus when you know your pet isn't simply being cared for . . .  they're having a day they'll love.

That's why Off Leash MKE exists.

Our mission is simple: while you're taking care of everything else, we'll take exceptional care of your best friend. Whether it's dependable midday dog walking while you're at work, an unforgettable Adventure Club outing, puppy care, cat sitting, or vacation pet care, every service we offer is designed with one goal in mind: helping your pet live their happiest, healthiest life.

Imagine finishing your work day knowing your dog didn't spend it waiting at home. Instead, they explored wooded trails with friends, splashed along the shoreline, sniffed to their heart's content, discovered new places, enjoyed enrichment activities, and came home happily tired, fulfilled, and ready to curl up beside you after a day well spent.  Because we believe every pet deserves more than a day that simply passes by.

They deserve a day they'll love.

Proudly serving pet families throughout Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Whitefish Bay, Shorewood, Bay View, Fox Point, Glendale, Mequon, River Hills, Cedarburg, and surrounding communities.

The Difference Is in the Details

Helping Pets Thrive. Supporting the People Who Love Them. Since 2016, Off Leash MKE has helped thousands of Milwaukee dogs and cats live happier, healthier lives through thoughtful, enrichment-focused pet care. We're proud to have been voted Best of Milwaukee, but what means the most to us is the trust families place in our team every single day. Our professionally trained, insured, and Pet CPR & First Aid certified team provides much more than dog walking. Every visit is an opportunity to build confidence, encourage natural behaviors, create meaningful enrichment, and make your pet's day a little brighter.

After every visit, you'll receive thoughtful updates and photos, so you can see your pet's day unfold and head into the rest of yours knowing they're happy, healthy, and well cared for. When you choose Off Leash MKE, you'll always know who's caring for your pet, what they did that day, and that they're surrounded by people who genuinely love what they do.

What It Means to Be an Off Leash Family

Because exceptional pet care is about so much more than a walk.

We built Off Leash MKE to create something different.

From your very first Meet & Greet, we're focused on building a relationship that lasts, one where your pet knows us, trusts us, and can't wait to see us pull into the driveway.

Enrichment Comes First

We believe a fulfilled pet is a happier pet. Every service is designed around enrichment, confidence building, and opportunities to explore the world through natural behaviors like sniffing, hiking, problem-solving, and play.

Trust is Earned

Consistency builds trust. That's why we focus on creating lasting relationships with both pets and their people. We take the time to truly know your pet so every visit feels familiar, comfortable, and fun.

A Team You Can Count On

Because Off Leash MKE is powered by a collaborative team of professionally trained employees, not independent contractors, your pet always has experienced caregivers who communicate, share information, and work together to provide reliable, consistent care.

Education Never Stops

Great pet care means never stopping the learning process. Our team receives ongoing education in canine behavior, Fear Free practices, enrichment, pet first aid, and relationship-based handling techniques.

Adventure Is Our Difference

Most dogs need more than a walk around the block.

Our signature Adventure Club gives Milwaukee dogs the opportunity to explore wooded trails, beaches, parks, and natural spaces where they can hike, sniff, socialize, and simply enjoy being a dog. It's often the highlight of their week and one of the many reasons our clients tell us they see happier, calmer, and more fulfilled companions at home.

Everything we do, from neighborhood walks to unforgettable adventures is guided by one simple belief: helping Milwaukee pets live their best lives. We'd be honored to help your pet do the same.

In 2023, she began working at a doggy daycare, where she spent about two years growing her experience and passion for animal care. She started as a dog handler and worked her way up to manager, learning so much about dog behavior, patience, and the importance of showing appreciation not only to the dogs but to their families as well. Hearing clients’ stories about how their pets were rescued or how much joy they bring into their lives inspires Emily to always give her absolute best care to every dog she meets. Whether it’s helping a shy pup gain confidence or making sure each dog feels loved and safe while their family is away, she takes pride in treating every pet like her own. We are so thrilled to call her an Off Leash team member!
